Artist Statement

My paintings are photo realistic watercolors, with the intent to capture a moment of quiet dignity of rural North West Ohio...Being Photo Realistic- my work is also somewhat labor intensive to capture the tight detail-but to me-detail is the part where I find the most pleasure painting.
