Artist Statement

Linda Grubb has been working full time as a stained glass artist since 1979. Her work encompasses various techniques including fussing and slumping. She is the sole designer, craftswoman and technician in her studio.

Her latest series of work utilizes different types of black and white glasses, clear textured glass, iridescent, patterned and black glass. These are combined, through fusing, into tiles, masks and other shapes that are incorporated into panel and box designs. These same glasses are used to make picture frames, fun faces and lamps.
