By checking yes below, I acknowledge that I have read the "Exhibition Rules and Standards" and agree to comply with them and all other Guild policies and/or decisions in the Gallery. I understand that if my work sells, I, as the artist, will receive 75% of the sale price, and The Guild will take the remaining 25% of the sale price. I will not hold The Guild, its personnel, or it's volunteers responsible for any loss or damage, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damages and loss, and damage or theft. I will not be a party to any legal action against The Guild, its personnel or its volunteers. Images or video of my work may be used in promoting Gallery exhibitions at The Guild's discretion. I grant permission to The Guild to photograph or film my work for any Guild purpose.
