Booth Space

I understand that if I have a continuing space, it will be reassigned each year unless changes in the fair layout make the space unavailable or I choose to resign the continuing space and enter the Booth Lottery in order to be assigned a new booth location. Once I've selected the Booth Lottery option, I understand that I have resigned my continuing space; I understand that I no longer have a continuing space and I will be assigned a booth through the Booth Lottery process. Note: The Guild makes every effort to accommodate your booth requests; however, there is no guarantee such requests will be granted. Booth Lottery Payment: If choosing to participate in the lottery, please choose Booth Lottery Option or the Booth Lottery Payment Plan under the Payment Options drop down menu.

The Sabbatical Deadline is February 3, 2024. If you cancel the show after the Sabbatical Deadline, you will be charged the $50 administration fee, plus $150 if you wish to hold your continuing space. Booth Sharing

You may share your booth with one artist as long as that artist has participated in and passed the fair jury. The sharer must adhere to the Guild's Exhibition Standards and Rules. The sharer fee is $100; the holder of the booth is responsible for the fee. You must register the sharer by February 3, 2024.

Payment Plan Option

New Payment Plan Guidelines: As a Guild Member, you may select the payment plan option, available with PayPal payment only. If the payment plan is selected, 1/3 of the total payment will be charged. You will be invoiced through PayPal for the remaining balance in two additional payments, one third (1/3) due March 31 and all remaining fees due April 30. By checking yes below, I acknowledge that I have read the Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair "Exhibition Rules and Standards" as included in the event prospectus and agree to comply with them and all other Guild policies and/or decisions at the fair. I understand that The Guild may be ordered by local, state, and/or federal authorities to cancel the Summer Art Fair or to close early. I understand that safety concerns may require the event to be cancelled or to close early. I understand such situations and/or directives are out of the control of The Guild. While The Guild may consider the appropriateness of a refund of fees under such circumstances, the exhibitor acknowledges that no such refund is guaranteed and any refund is within the sole discretion of The Guild. My failure to abide by any and all Guild rulings could result in the loss of my space and fee. I will not hold The Guild, its personnel, or it's volunteers responsible for any loss or damage, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damages and loss, and damage or theft. I will not be a party to any legal action against The Guild, its personnel or its volunteers. Images or video of my work may be used in promoting Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair at The Guild's discretion. I grant permission to The Guild to photograph or film my booth and/or my work for any Guild purpose.
