Information Concerning 2020 Application Policies

Thank you to all artists who applied to our 2020 art fairs. The below fair information will help you to understand our process for each fair as to if you have to apply again or if your 2020 application rolled over to 2021. The below information pertains to artists that were accepted in 2020 into a Guild fair.  If you were not accepted in 2020, you would need to reapply to be considered in 2021.  If you are unsure if you were accepted or if you have any other questions, please reach out to Nicole McKay, nicole@theguild.org

Art Birmingham: If you applied to the 2020 Art Birmingham, were accepted and rolled over your booth fee to 2021, then you do not need to apply on Zapplication. You automatically received a contract. If you chose to receive a refund of your booth fee then you will need to apply in 2021. Applications are now closed for the 2021 event.

Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair: If you applied to the 2020 Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair and were accepted to participate, then you will automatically be reinvited to the 2021 event as long as you renewed your membership to The Guild of Artists & Artisans. 

Levis Commons Fine Art Fair: If you applied to the 2020 Levis Commons Fine Art Fair, were accepted and rolled over your booth fee to 2021, then you do not need to apply on Zapplication; you will automatically receive a 2021 contract. If you chose to receive a refund of your booth fee then you will need to apply in 2021. Applications will open soon on Zapplication.

Common Ground’s Birmingham Street Art Fair: If you applied to the 2020 Birmingham Street Art Fair, were accepted and rolled over your booth fee to 2021, then you do not need to apply on Zapplication; you will automatically receive a 2021 contract. If you chose to receive a refund of your booth fee then you will need to apply in 2021. Applications will open soon on Zapplication.

A2 Artoberfest: If you applied in 2020, then your application will roll over to 2021. You will be able to update your application should you choose to do so. Applications will open soon on Zapplication.

Royal Oak Market: Art Fair Edition: If you applied to the 2020 Royal Oak Market: Art Fair Edition and were accepted, then you will automatically be reinvited to the 2021 event. Contracts will be emailed to you by late spring/early summer of 2021.
