About Gutman Gallery

Located at 118 N 4th Ave in Ann Arbor, the Gutman Gallery serves as a year-round expression of the mission of the Guild of Artists and Artisans: to support its members professional art careers through worthwhile marketing opportunities, as well as foster arts programming for the community.

The Gutman Gallery operates as both an exhibition space and a retail gallery. Exhibition applications are open to both members and non-members to assist the professional growth of emerging artists. Each exhibition is juried with a rigorous standards process, ensuring exceptional creativity and technical skill. This approach results in finely curated exhibitions showcasing a diverse range of artistic expressions. Additionally, the gallery shop provides current Guild members with an opportunity to showcase and sell their work, offering highly competitive commission rates that allow artists to retain a significant percentage of their sales.

Since it’s establishment in 2020, the Gutman Gallery has provided a multitude of artist opportunities and community oriented arts programming. From solo showcases in satellite exhibition spaces and gallery shop trunk shows, to workshops and life-drawing open to the public, the Gutman Gallery strives to serve it’s community of artists and art lovers.
