Common Ground’s Birmingham Street Art Fair celebrates its 51st year in 2025 and will take place in downtown Birmingham, Michigan. **New Location** This year’s fair will take place on S. Old Woodward and Merrill between Maple and Brown St. The fair is surrounded by convenient parking and within easy access to the many unique stores and fabulous restaurants of downtown Birmingham. This highly respected event will showcase 90 juried artists in an elegant and extraordinary setting and is ranked # 91 in the Fine Art and Design Category in Sunshine Artist!
Common Ground is pleased to continue its presenting partnership with The Guild of Artists & Artisans. This collaboration helps Common Ground maintain its status as an important regional resource helping youths, adults and families in crisis while ensuring the continuation of this highly-respected fine art fair. The Guild of Artists & Artisans is a non-profit, membership association of independent artists best known for its award-winning Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair
